What I remember...

April 18, 2017

"I always remember how I was treated."

From all my years of traveling with my work, I’ve gained the perspective that people are nice e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e!  –from the taxi driver who escorted me to my hotel venue downtown Detroit when I was lost, to the gentleman who helped carry my luggage off the Tube in England when I overpacked on the first visit.  😀  …to the fellow traveler who knocked on my hotel door to remind me that I inadvertently left the key in the door when I was too jetlagged to notice and he just wanted me to be safe.

I could go on and on…I’ve had so many kindnesses given to me in this life.

When we placed our Automated Cupcake Machine in the Galleria Mall in Mt. Lebanon, many people had never heard of us.

The support we've been given is humbling.

When we go to the Machine at the Galleria, whether we are loading it, rebooting it, cleaning it, or even if we are getting a crushed cupcake (happens once in a while)--the people who come to the Machine or just walk by give us amazing words of encouragement --- wishing us well, love our cupcakes, love the idea, or tell us we should go on Shark Tank.

The positivity is energizing--and quite honestly, just makes us feel good, making everything worthwhile.

We hope to give as good as we receive and always treat people with dignity, respect, and kindness.  While we make cakes and cupcakes, we are in the business of making people feel significant...and honoring their uniqueness, enhancing their special moments, and celebrating their life events.
